How to be the Master of Your Emotion!

Though emotions may perform a valuable role in ones daily living, they could impose a negative effect on mental welfare and social interactions since we suddenly feel it out of control.

Define what you feel like:
Please disrupt yourself by telling-
  1. And what I look right today? 
  2. Whatever happened to help me feel like this as well? 
  3. What would I should do with the emotions? 
Breathe deeply now:
There's still a lot of knowledge about the strength of a deep breath, if you're incredibly happy so about frustrated you can't even talk about that as well. Going backwards and giving attention to the breath didn't help your feelings going away.

Learn if you want to share yourself:
There is indeed a perfectly reasonable explanation for almost everything, including intense emotion. Even matter how upset you feel, crying at your supervisor for arbitrary legal measures didn't improve.

Offer yourself kind of space:
Having a distance from deep emotions may help in making sure you are responding to them in a logical mannerAlthough you don't want to block or stop feelings completely, it's not harmful to distract yourself until you're in a better position to deal with them.

Try to meditate:
When you're doing meditation, this may be one of your ways of dealing with intense emotions. It can help to boost the consciousness among all emotions and feelings. When people practice meditation, they learn about themselves to take a seat with those thoughts, to realize them without  seeking to change them.

Connect to an advisor:
Finally while your feelings appear to be overwhelming, it may be way to pursue medical help.
